The CS Professional Course is the final step to becoming a Company Secretary, building on the foundation of a CS Executive.
It serves as a gateway for students who have completed the CS Professional .
Its curriculum covers detailed subjects including Accounting, Taxation, and Financial Reporting.
The examination structure consists of two groups with four papers each.
Total marks in CS Professional course is 800. Each group of 400 marks.
It is based on Objective & Descriptive level test.

To become a Company Secretary (CS), you have to take theCSEET exam. If you’ve finished your 10+2 schooling, you’re eligible for this course. The exam has three levels: the foundation course, the executive course, and the professional course.

CS Executive Exam: You must have passed both modules of the CS Executive exams to be eligible.
Minimum Passing Score: To qualify for the CS Executive exam, you should score at least 40% in each subject and achieve an overall score of 50%. These are the current passing standards set by ICSI.
