Shilpi holds a B.Com, MBL from NLSIU, and is also a trained professional counselor. Her decision to leave a successful independent practice to focus on teaching and entrepreneurship underscores her commitment to shaping future professionals.

In addition to her professional achievements, Shilpi has received numerous accolades in communication, including several medals in Debate and Extempore competitions. She is the President of the Women Empowerment Committee of Rajasthani Sangh, a Committee member of the Inner Wheel Club, and the President of the Women Entrepreneur Committee of BNI Dynamic Business Forum. Shilpi is also a Charter Member of the TIE Organisation and a Board of Studies Member for SNR Arts & Science College and Nirmala College.
