Venkatesh Shanmugam is a Mathematics postgraduate from PSG College of Arts and Science, Coimbatore (2019–2024). He currently works in an IT company and has been serving as a faculty member at Shilpis Academy since 2024. His areas of expertise include Quantitative Aptitude, Business Mathematics and Statistics, and Operations Management. An award-winning researcher and CMAOI lifetime member, he is skilled in Tally ERP.9, SPSS, and Jamovi.
Shilpi Periwal is a highly accomplished Company Secretary with over 16 years of experience in corporate law, practice, and education. She holds a B.Com degree, an MBL from NLSIU, and has cleared her CA Intermediate, in addition to being a trained professional counselor.
Beyond her corporate expertise, Shilpi is a skilled communicator with multiple awards in debate and extempore competitions. She currently serves as the President of the Women Empowerment Committee of Rajasthani Sangh and the Women Entrepreneur Committee of BNI Dynamic Business Forum.
