December 2026 Papers And Supplements
The 2022 Professional Programme has three core papers in Group 1, two core papers in Group 2, and one elective paper in each group. ICSI’s December 2026 supplement list includes updates for the following core papers:

How To Organise Your Study Material
Before beginning revision, prepare a separate folder for each paper. Save the matching ICSI study material, December 2026 supplement, relevant subject updates and practice questions together.

A Practical CS Professional Revision Plan
The December exams run in a specific order. ICSI schedules ESG on December 21, Strategic Management & Corporate Finance on December 22, Drafting on December 23, Corporate Restructuring on December 24, Compliance Management on December 26, Elective 2 on December 27 and Elective 1 on December 28. Use the remaining preparation time in these stages:
Stage 1: Map The Syllabus
List the topics in each paper and mark them as not started, in progress or revised. Identify the subjects that need the most attention and set weekly targets.
Stage 2: Revise Core Topics
Work through the core papers using the ICSI study material. After each topic, write a short summary or answer a few questions from memory. This helps you check whether you can explain and apply what you studied.
Stage 3: Review Supplements And Updates
Once you have revised a paper, check its December 2026 supplement. Note which topics or provisions need an update in your notes. Do this for both core papers and electives where ICSI has published a supplement. icsi.edu
Stage 4: Practise Answers
Attempt past questions and practice answers under timed conditions. Review your structure, accuracy and time use. For drafting and application-based questions, practise presenting the answer clearly and addressing the specific facts in the question.
Stage 5: Plan The Final Revision By Exam Order
In the final stretch, revise each paper in the order of the timetable. Keep the next exam’s material ready, but set aside short review slots for later papers so they do not become unfamiliar. Follow the examination instructions for each paper and your selected electives.
